Another big week of running in the bag…this included running the Red Hill 36km with my sister @ashsandes 👌🏽

This event is really special. The start finish is 1.5km from my home; what a route; great vibe; low key; rad community and support on route and the race is really well run 🙌🏽 Thank you!

Moullie Point Lighthouse 2 Slangkop Lighthouse in Kommetjie via Lions Head back trail, Missing Link trail, Chapmans Peak drive and along Long Beach. The goal was to always be able to see the ocean and it was a nice mix up of trail, some road and a bit of sand. I started late so it was hot but a super fun route - you can see it in my Strava. ☀️⛰️🌊

Some special memories from 2024 - yikes I can’t believe how quickly it passed.

Some good races, one not so good race but most importantly my running and training has been super consistent and I’m excited for 2025.

Salomon training camp on Corsica, a few fun micro adventures with Ryno, my family joined me in Spain and Ness and I celebrated 10 years of marriage.

Oh and Steve and I launched our second book, Run.Risk.Reward 👊🏽
