A big congratulations to all runners who ran the @capetowntrailmarathon yesterday - it was so inspiring to see you all cross the finish line 🙌🏽 Thanks to the @faces.africa team, the volunteers and event partners for making it all possible 🙏🏽

Today I ran the @capetownmarathon with my sister @ashsandes 🫶🏽 It was really awesome to experience this incredible event and I finally get to run a marathon with my sister. Dad would be very proud of your PB 💙
