2025 what a ride with so many epic memories!

This was my 18th year in the sport and training for Cocodona 250 felt like I was preparing for my first ultra all over again.

My biggest take out from the year is do what excites you and not what you think you should be doing.

Thanks for being a part of my journey this year and last but not least a massive thank you to my dream givers for all your support!
