Running has taken me to some pretty cool places and allowed me to meet so many amazing people. The last week spent with Sinovuyo around his home and backyard trails, has been no exception. Leaving Ndwedwe and Liv2Run inspired. Thank you for the good times bro! Yeeeaw see you in a few weeks at the Otter Trail Run ✌🏽

The past week or so has been pretty rough post my UTMB disappointment. Failure sux but I guess thats what makes us grow. Success or failure, it’s always a refreshing feeling to be on my home trails of Table Mountain. Today was a good run. I can feel my tank starting to fill, and the stoke to put on my running shoes again. Onwards and upwards 🤟🏽

I am really disappointed to have come up short again at UTMB. Blurry vision & a headache early on during the night stage caused me to drop from the race. I find using poles really tightens up my neck & shoulders so I need to figure it all out as something feels out in my neck.

Well done to Francois, Courtney and all finishers of the UTMB festival of races. It was such an inspiring week!
